Terms of Usage

Please read these terms before using graphics from this site. If you have any complains/questions about these, please contact us.

  1. Credit must be given back to here, Final Summoning if any graphics used somewhere on the net. There are plenty buttons on linkage page to use to link back or you could use text-only. As example, if you use our icons/banners on blog, forum, LJ you need to provide link back to here.
  2. Any resources inside wallpapers/layouts or any graphics MUST not removed whatever. If you appreciate others' works, then do it.
  3. NEVER direct-linking. We hate someone that won't even bother to copy images and upload to own server and just link to our contents. Just taking the URL and display on your site is really rude. You must upload everythings to your own server. If you mind, you can use Image Shack, Photobucket, or other image hostings.
  4. DO NOT distribute/archive our works in other places without any prior permissions, even though you didn't remove the watermark/credit.
  5. No copying. We're working very hard for managing the content and CSS please appreciate our works.
  6. DO NOT alter all or even part of designs you downloaded from here. Means steal/download our layout and alter to your liking. NO. Please, if you don't like our graphics/coding then stay away from them.
  7. Graphics are just to be USED. Not for making other graphics. Example, wallpapers on your desktop ONLY. Don't use them for making the layouts/avatars/anything.
  8. All resources are for non-commercial use only. You can't download our icon textures, gradients, or else and then sell the designs you made from them. If you still want to do so, please contact us and we may reach an agreement.
